at first look the layout might look very standard. but i don't think that is a bad thing at all. i personally see this as a map that could replace meta/shattered temple. and there are quite a lot of poeple who like those maps! it is easy for players to adapt to the map without having to figure out a new playstyle. i think that is usually something that worries alot of tournaments about adding new maps.

here is also a replay example that shows the maps potential and how the map plays out

anyway, i am really liking this map layout, and if i am not mistaken so does dezi.
i have already reverted some lighting changes to something a little more normal and have textured the mains a little better. but overall i am not quite happy with the theme. i am hoping that someone has ideas how to improve this theme, or maybe change it to a completely different one? i'd love to see someone else giving it a try ;)

i am not to fond of the towers watching the golds.

probably the golds should be highground and turned 180°. at least they should be turned 180° imho. by that the tower does not see the golds, but wll help to fight uphill the ramps towards gold / attack golds.

if you add the hifghround , you will have to make sure that the gold plateau can not be used to siege the entrance of the nat, so that one can still expand to the third counterclockwise...
maybe have to make the main smaller or be shaped differently.

tunring the gold minearls might be enough already.

Gonna take the map with me on vacation. Might change those bases between the mains to low ground, too. Will also reposition the XWTs to the there new created cliff. Might retexture the whole map.
